Where We Ship From

To keep our luxury watches affordable and accessible, all orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment hub in Asia. This streamlined logistics model helps us reduce overhead and pass the savings on to you—without compromising quality.

We proudly partner with global carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, YunExpress, and SF Express, ensuring your order is shipped securely and efficiently.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 9–18 business days
(Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.)

While we aim to meet the timeframes above, external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, local carrier delays, and holiday volumes may occasionally affect delivery times.

Order Processing Time

After your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. During this time, we carefully verify your payment, prepare your order, and pack it with care. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is en route, we’ll email you a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please note it may take up to 3–5 business days for tracking info to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. CylaLuxe cannot modify shipping addresses after an order is placed. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs or forfeiture.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

CylaLuxe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

  • Please check with neighbors, building staff, or nearby delivery areas.

  • File a claim with the carrier if the package is lost or stolen.

  • Contact our support team so we can assist where possible.
