Placing an order on our website means you agree to the terms outlined below:

Cancellation & Order Changes

Changed your mind? No worries. Here's what you need to know:

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order begins processing and can no longer be changed.

  • To submit a cancellation or change, contact our support team with your order number and desired update.

Important Notes:

  • Customized orders are sent for processing immediately. Because of this, edits are often not possible.

  • During peak seasons (like holidays), we do our best to process changes quickly, but delivery times may be slightly extended.

Reminder: Once your order is confirmed, it enters production automatically. Please double-check all details before submitting.

Refund Eligibility

If your return is approved in accordance with our Return Policy, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

  • During campaigns or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

  • If returning an item purchased with a promotion, we may adjust the refund amount if campaign eligibility no longer applies.

Refund Process

We only issue refunds once the returned product has been:

  1. Received at our return center, and

  2. Inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable return condition.

Refunds will not be issued until both steps are completed.
