Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every CylaLuxe purchase. If anything seems off or doesn't meet expectations, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

Changed your mind? Here's how it works:

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After that, your order is locked into processing and can no longer be changed.

  • To request a cancellation or change, submit a support ticket with your order number and requested modification.

Important Notes:

  • Customized or personalized items are sent for processing immediately upon order completion. In most cases, we cannot modify or cancel these orders.

  • During high-volume seasons (e.g. holidays), we aim to honor modifications as quickly as possible, but slight delays may occur.

REFUND POLICY

If your return is approved under our return & exchange terms, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once your refund is initiated, it typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • During sales campaigns or peak seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

  • If returning a promotional item that no longer qualifies for a discount, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. We must confirm the product is in acceptable condition before issuing any refund.
