Return and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your CylaLuxe timepiece. If you're not satisfied, here's what qualifies for a return:

  • Return within 30 days of delivery (or 14 days for pre-owned items)

  • Item must be in brand-new condition

  • Must include all original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories

  • Return shipping must be sent via insured carrier with a valid tracking number (e.g., USPS or UPS)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

CylaLuxe reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of:

  • Wear, scratches, or damage

  • Missing parts, packaging, or documentation

Condition of Returns

To avoid restocking fees (10–25%), your return must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • With all packaging materials and tags intact

Refunds may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Any signs of use or missing components

Non-Defective Returns

Due to high international shipping and customs costs, we cannot accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Style or size preference

  • Personal dislike

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged.

Exchange or Refund Period

You may exchange or request a refund for new, unused items within 30 days from the delivery date. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

  1. Repack the watch in its original box and place it inside a secure outer shipping carton.

  2. Include your invoice and a note describing the issue (especially if the item is defective).

  3. Do not apply labels or tape directly to the original watch box.

Note: CylaLuxe is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Shipping Fee Deduction

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Order Discrepancies

Received something incorrect? Notify us within 3 days of delivery. To process your claim:

  • Contact us with your order number and photos of the incorrect item

  • Do not use or wear the item

  • Our team will verify the issue and provide return instructions

You may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
