At CylaLuxe, we stand behind the craftsmanship and integrity of every timepiece we offer. When you purchase a CylaLuxe watch, your warranty is automatically activated, ensuring peace of mind from day one. We are proud to offer up to 10 years of warranty coverage, depending on your watch model.

Coverage You Can Trust

Our warranty includes protection for:

  • Mechanical movement malfunctions

  • Manufacturing defects not related to misuse or external damage

Not Covered by the Warranty

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Batteries, bands, clasps, or crystal/glass

  • Cosmetic wear and tear from everyday use

  • Damage due to dropping, crushing, or misuse

  • Water damage due to improper crown use

  • Third-party modifications or unauthorized repairs

  • Signs of tampering (e.g., scratched off or missing serial number)

  • Any service done by a non-CylaLuxe technician

Please understand: wear and tear is natural and not considered a defect.

What We Will Do

If your watch meets the warranty terms, CylaLuxe will, at our discretion:

  • Repair your timepiece using new or certified replacement parts

  • Or replace your watch with the same model (or one of equal value and performance, with your approval)

Our goal is always to keep your timepiece performing at its best.

Limitations of Liability

While we take pride in our service, our warranty does not cover:

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Business loss, opportunity cost, or emotional distress

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the watch.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

Need to make a claim? Here's how:

  1. Contact CylaLuxe Customer Service with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Our team will evaluate the claim and provide next steps.

  3. If eligible, ship the watch to our repair center (shipping and handling costs are the customer's responsibility).

Ineligible claims may still be serviced for a fee. If you decline, we’ll return the watch as-is.
